Refund Policy

As much as we ensure quality services and customer satisfaction at meinfluence.com, we also have a refund policy. We request you to read it carefully to learn about your rights in the event of cancellation, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Digital Products and Services

Any digital services (influencer promotions, subscriptions, or marketing campaigns) purchase made is non-refundable once the service has been initiated or executed.
If you think there was a mistake with your order, or the service didn’t match the description, please contact us within 7 days of making your purchase.
We will consider requests for refunds on an individual basis based on the situation and evidence of the problem. 

2. Recurring Subscription Services (if applicable)

If you are subscribed to a recurring service:
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
After cancellation, you will not be billed for the subsequent billing cycle.
Partial refunds will not be provided for partially unused days once the billing period has commenced.

3. Duplicate Payments

In case you were charged in error for more than one instance of the same product or service:
Kindly reach out to our support department right away at support@meinfluence.com.
On verification, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full to your initial payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Delays or Failures in Service Delivery

If your purchased service (e.g., influencer promotion, campaign spot, etc.) is not delivered within agreed time:
You can be refunded fully or partially.
Do get back to us with order ID details, along with screenshots if needed.

5. No Refund on Discounts or Promotional Offers

Any purchase made under a special discount, promotion, or package offer is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

If we notice that a refund request is related to suspicious or fraudulent activity:
We may decline the refund request.
In addition, we may suspend or terminate the corresponding account with no advance notice.

7. How to Request a Refund

Provide: Full name, purchase email address, order ID, and reason for request.
We will reply within 3–5 business days of receipt of your request.

8. Changes to Our Refund Policy

We can change or update this policy at any time. All changes will be published on this page with the new effective date. Ongoing use of the site after changes will mean acceptance of the new policy.
